As a constellation of members from some of Norway..s finest rock and metal acts (Stonegard, Jaqueline, Dunderbeist & Tombstones) , KITE makes sure to give a highly experienced, ambitious and exciting contribution to the future sound of Scandinavian hard rock music.
KITE blends elements from hardcore, metal, stoner rock and classic hard rock, and puts it all into a really original and explosive mixture.
The band released their album debut “Bring out your dead” in 2004, in Norway only. Then things were quieted down for a while, since singer and guitarist Ronny got too busy with his other band, Stonegard. But now, after a break for almost 4 years, the band has reformed, hungrier than ever! The lineup has changed a bit, and the music has become harder and heavier, and the new band has already established themselves as one of Norway..s most exciting live acts.

Formed in 1999, Kolbotn (Oslo), Canoon plays heavy/rock and will continue it until they are 6 feet under. Canoon were able to play at the legendary So What! two times before it closed. They have also played at several other bars in Oslo the past years, but yet to conquer the outskirts of Oslo. Jan "mustang" Banan joined Canoon in 2005 on drums, while ex-drummer Stefan replaced former guitar player Havard. Canoon is at the moment in a creative state and new songs/hits are coming your way FAST!! ...so keep you eyes open for the most underrated Oslo rock band!
